THE DOSING HEAD IS ADJUSTABLE TO A WIDE RANGE OF CUBIC INCH DISCHARGE BATCHES. THIS ALLOWS YOU TO FILL LARGE RUNS OF SAME SIZE MOLDS WITH MUCH LESS LABOR AND GREATER ACCURACY. EASY CLEAN UP IS DESIGNED INTO THIS MACHINE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
CAPACITY: The Hopper capacity is 1/2 yard of wet mix concrete and gravity feeds the adjustable dosing head. The dosing head can be reduced to fill a pan as small as 12" diameter x 2" depth or increased to accomodate a pan 24"x24"x2" (larger sizes on custom units). With the proper man power of two or three operators, with the doser you can fill up to 650 pan molds in an eight hour shift. A low cost option for producers that need to fill large numbers of molds in repetition. A Vibration Table and/or Roller Conveyor can be added to the system to streamline your process even more!
